1. GENERAL

Be it known that on April 30, 2004, the undersigned did conduct an inspection of the motor vessel known as Evinrude Sporstman 150. Inspection took place while the vessel was located on a trailer out of the water, at Hansen Motor & Marine, 3347 S West Temple Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. The purpose of the inspection was to note the vessel’s type, overall general condition, list vessel’s inventory, and to try to deduce a realistic assessment of condition and value. The information is intended for insurance re-application purposes only.

GENERAL COMMENTS:  This vessel is a classic 1966 fiberglass 16’ Inboard -Outboard, tri-hull runabout and trailer found to be in reasonably good original condition. Current registration for vessel and trailer was found in order through 05/2005. The vessel shows concern for preventive maintenance and care of both boat and trailer by the owner(s). The vessel has recently transferred ownership from the original owner’s family to the present (second) owner.
